Data Deletion Request

Closira respects your privacy. If you wish to have all your personal data deleted from our systems, you can request this by following the instructions below. We will process your request within 30 days.
To request data deletion, send an email to:
info@closira.nl
Please include in your email:
- Your full name
- The email address you used to register
- The subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
What data will be deleted
When we process your deletion request, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Your account information (name, email, username, phone number, company name)
- All leads and messages stored in your account
- Chat session history
- Appointment data and reminders
- Analytics connections (GA4, Meta Pixel, Google Calendar)
- WhatsApp integration credentials
- Purchase history and ManyChat links
- Chatbox configuration and bot prompts
What will remain
We will retain a deletion confirmation record containing only the date and confirmation code for audit purposes. No personal data will be kept beyond this record.
Confirmation
Once your data has been deleted, you will receive a confirmation email with a unique confirmation code. You can verify the status of your deletion request using the link provided in that email.
